Accounts Payable Officer

$70k - $75k + super

Brisbane

This stable and financially secure company located on the Inner West side of Brisbane requires a highly motivated Accounts Payable Officer.

The role is a stand alone, although processes and procedures are efficient and it's not a high volume processing position. It is expected you will be a self-starter, and a team player with a minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Payable.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be :

• Processing supplier invoices including data entry.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Preparing payment runs for approval.
• Taking calls and resolving issues with suppliers.
• Aged Creditor reports with commentary.
• Experience of Xero will be helpful.
